Jon Allen

Senior Advisor, Growth & Exit Planning

Jon Allen joined the LandOpt Board in 2021 and recently transitioned to a senior advisory role where he consults our members on growth strategy and exit planning.

Jon lives in Pittsburgh and previously spent over a decade in New York City and Philadelphia. Jon began his career on Wall Street where he focused on investing in public companies at UBS and Hoplite Capital Management. He then worked for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global management consulting firm, where he advised clients on growth strategy, capital allocation, and M&A. He currently leads Perennial Services Group as President.

Jon received his MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jon brings expertise in finance and strategy and has a passion for small business and the green space, having operated his own residential landscaping business while in high school and college.
